1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods
Prepaid Orders
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all eligible prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, a nominal handling and verification fee of ₹99 per order applies.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Every frame, sunglass, and contact lens package undergoes a comprehensive multi-point quality check before dispatch:
- Ready-to-Ship Eyewear & Sunglasses: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Prescription & Custom Lab Lenses: Since each pair is custom-crafted to your unique optical prescription, lens cutting and fitting require an additional 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.
- Contact Lens Solutions & Accessories: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Estimated transit time is generally 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery PIN code.
3. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partner (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
You can also track your live shipment anytime on our Order Tracking Page using your Order ID or AWB Tracking Number.
4. Package Inspection & Delivery Safety
All shipments are dispatched in secure, tamper-evident outer packaging with reinforced protective casing.
- If the outer box appears visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and notify our team immediately.
- If you notice any discrepancy after unboxing, please record an unboxing video and notify our customer service within 24 hours at info@abhimanopticians.com or via WhatsApp.
