Order Cancellation Policy
Clear and transparent guidelines on order cancellation requests, timeframes, and refund timelines.
1. Cancellation Window
We work promptly to process and dispatch all orders. If you wish to cancel an order:
- Standard Non-Prescription Orders: You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order or before the product has been dispatched (whichever is earlier).
- Prescription & Custom Lab Lenses: Because prescription lenses are individually surfaced, edged, and customized specifically for your parameters, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement before lens cutting begins in our laboratory.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please reach out immediately with your Order ID:
- Online via Account: Navigate to My Orders, locate your order, and submit a cancellation request.
- Via Email or Support: Email us at info@abhimanopticians.com or connect with our support desk with your registered phone number.
3. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders
Upon successful cancellation of an order:
- Prepaid Payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking): Refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 business hours. The refunded amount reflects in your source account within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycle.
- Store Credit / Gift Vouchers: Reinstated immediately to your account balance.
No cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation request is received within the permitted cancellation window prior to dispatch or custom lens edging.
4. Non-Cancellable Circumstances
Cancellations cannot be accepted under the following conditions:
- Orders that have already been packaged and handed over to logistics partners for dispatch.
- Prescription lenses that have already been customized and cut in our optical laboratory.
- Special clearance sales, final-sale items, and promotional Buy One Get One (BOGO) orders once processed.
